Every kit we sell uses tournament-grade parts: USGA-spec 6″ corrosion-resistant aluminum cups, heavy-duty 30″ flag poles with integrated metal ball returns, and marine-grade 400 denier nylon flags. No printed vinyl that peels, no plastic cups that crack in the sun — the same quality you'd find on a real course, built to last seasons instead of weekends.
A cup sleeve is the structural foundation of a serviceable putting cup. Ours is CNC-machined from high-strength PVC to fit any standard 6″ cup — plastic or aluminum — and is designed to be concrete-set into the sub-base during install. Once cured, the sleeve becomes a permanent, perfectly plumb collar that anchors the assembly to the ground while leaving the cup itself fully removable for cleaning, seasonal storage or repositioning.
It is also deeper than a standard cup shell — and that extra wall depth is deliberate. When a golfer yanks a flag pole out of a seated ball, the pole tip can catapult the cup upward under leverage; over dozens of pulls, a shallow-set cup works itself loose, tilts off level and eventually wobbles in the hole. The added sleeve depth captures that vertical load, distributes it into the concrete collar, and keeps the cup indexed at true elevation for the life of the green.
Seated correctly, the cup rim sits exactly ⅛″ above the sleeve lip for tour-quality ball entry every time. No other Canadian turf supplier stocks this part — it is the difference between a green that plays like a course and one that drifts out of true after a season.

Our Putting Green Turf Pad is the closed-cell cushion layer rolled between the compacted road base and the green itself. It is what makes a backyard green feel like walking on clouds — mimicking the soft, forgiving underfoot feel of a real championship putting surface, not a driveway with turf glued on top.

- Engineered to drain. The perforated cell structure evacuates rain and irrigation laterally and vertically, so the surface stays true and puddle-free after a Pacific Northwest downpour.
- Protects infill and ball roll. The pad absorbs impact so infill stays where it was dialled in, preserving Stimpmeter speed year after year.

A putting green is not a lawn install. Sure, anyone can lay turf — but building a green that rolls true at 8–12 on the Stimpmeter, drains after a Pacific Northwest downpour and stays flat for a decade takes a specialist. Cup depth, sub-base compaction, undulation shaping, seam glue-up, infill weight and turf-pad layout all have to be dialled in together. Miss one of them and the whole green plays wrong.
